Sunday 26 April – FBHVC ‘Drive it Day’

Ryde Depot
Sunday 26th April is the FBHVC (Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs)  ‘Drive It Day’ when owners take out their classic vehicles and let people see them on the roads of Great Britain.

Are you planning to take your Minor - or any classic or even modern car - out for a spin on the Isle of Wight and are looking for somewhere to visit? Why not visit  the newly relocated Isle of Wight Bus & Coach Museum in the old Southern Vectis bus depot at Park Road in Ryde? Admission is free and the kettle is always on for hot drinks. We also have cold drinks, sweets and cakes. Facilities and public areas are suitable for wheelchair users and there are two disabled parking spaces in front of the big doors, close to the entrance to the building.
The Isle of Wight Bus & Coach Museum, Ryde’s newest FREE admission attraction, is currently open on Sundays and Wednesdays between 10.30 and 16.00.
